Christine McNamara

Christine McNamara's watercolors are painted primarily on location in Sonoma County, California, where she has lived for 37 years. Her scenes evoke a quiet serenity inspired by the beauty of the Northern California landscape with its diversity of tall trees, rolling hills and magnificent coastline.

Mixed media collages are a new addition to Christine's portfolio.  A playful blend of oriental papers, watercolors, gouache and polymer mediums, the abstract collages reflect her love of nature and the landscape.

Annie Murphy Springer

Annie Murphy Springer specializes in local landscapes that express exuberance and whimsy and is known for her affection of purples, maroons and mauves. She has new and interesting paintings at the Co-op...MANY ON YUPO....both opaque and translucent ..some VERY whimsical!. YUPO is a very exciting surface to paint on, and results in brilliant colors and unusual effects on its surface. It makes watercolors SING !

Liz Stafford

I focus now on landscape painting with acrylics. Most of my paintings incorporate water (of the northern California coast) and rock (of the Southwest). I find that painting brings great joy and a sustaining connection with the natural world, and hope that my paintings inspire these feelings in viewers.

Carol Covey

Carol started watercolor painting in 1994, I took a class at the Santa Rosa Junior College with my daughters and realized I loved it! I typically paint flowers, I like the variations in color. All of my cards and paintings are original works, I don't create prints. I frame all of my paintings and my cards are also able to be framed as painting.

Sam Sirdofsky

Sam has done commercial illustration,  graphic design,  fashion design,  animation and children's books. She has painted in oils and watercolors. She has a series of rock paintings called porched pets.

Carolyn Jarvis

Local ocean and vineyard scenes are often sources of inspiration for Carolyn Jarvis' oil paintings. She is captivated by the process and challenge of creating colorful, spontaneous oil paintings that attempt to capture the light. She often uses a palette knife instead of brushes because she likes the texture, freshness and color vibrancy. In addition to landscapes, she enjoys painting still life and abstracts.

For three years, Carolyn took painting classes from Van Waldron, who had been a student of the famous Russian master painter Sergei Bongart.
